Jonathan I. Rosenberg graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 2005. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Indiana University.
Mr. Rosenberg serves as legal counsel to high net-worth clients, closely held businesses, and corporate entities. A significant part of Mr. Rosenberg’s practice includes company formation, business succession plans, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and general corporate legal services. Mr. Rosenberg also plans, drafts, prepares and administers estates and trusts, prepares wills and provides financial asset protection advice. He leverages his financial, accounting, and legal experience to provide clients with a comprehensive, individualized approach to their issues.
As an attorney, Mr. Rosenberg has successfully represented clients for over 15 years in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including: general negligence, automobile negligence, negligent security, premises liability, breach of contract, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, and Americans with Disabilities Act matters. He has represented substantial business entities, national restaurant chains, bars, grocery chains, construction companies, resorts, hotels, golf courses, casinos, local governments, and state agencies. He also represented large financial institutions in creditors’ rights matters.
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Rosenberg worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young in Chicago, Illinois. There, he performed auditing services on public and large private corporations. He also performed advisory services, business valuations, acquisition due diligence, capital formation, and developer consulting on condominium, condo hotel, townhouse, retail, office and residential projects.
