Wayne H. Miller is a seasoned transaction attorney who specializes in the areas of corporate and commercial law, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, construction law, commercial leasing and real estate, commercial lending / borrowing and commercial (construction lien and bond) and collections litigation. He has over 26 years of experience and is a member of the bar in Florida and Minnesota.

Previous Professional Experience
Mr. Miller’s most recent positions include serving as Executive Vice President-Operations and General Counsel of a major building materials supplier until its acquisition by a competitor in April 2023. Following the merger, Mr. Miller accepted a temporary role as Assistant General Counsel to assist with integration and transitioning of contract and legal matters, before departing in July 2023.
Prior to his tenure at the building materials supplier, Mr. Miller was the Chief Counsel – Division Operations and Contracts at a large, privately held parent company of numerous U.S.-based construction companies. He joined the building materials supplier in February 2013 and led the company through several acquisitions and divestitures, significantly growing its gross revenues from less than $100 million in 2013 to over $750 million in 2022. He also played a pivotal role in negotiating and closing the sale of the company in April 2015.
Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Religion, which he earned in 1995 with honors from Carleton University as well as a Juris Doctor, which he earned from Western New England University in 1998.
